About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day control of the site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Manage and deliver project works, including the coordination of sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all site paperwork is maintained accurately and up-to-date, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure that all financial, specification, and time risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.

Requirements

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Scaffold inspection qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
