We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our traditional build projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of the construction site
- Coordinate and manage external and internal packages
- Deliver inductions and toolbox talks to site staff
- Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- Manage and coordinate sub-contractors and trades staff
- Ensure compliance with company programmes and customer care standards
- Organize and manage snagging and re-snagging activities
- Provide clear direction and guidance to the on-site construction team
- Ensure the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
- Drive quality at every stage of the construction process
- Ensure Health and Safety is followed and adhered to
- Take responsibility for self-development and the development of others
- Assistant Site Management experience on traditional build housing schemes
- Experience of working with Housing Associations (HA) would be an advantage
- Trade background, with supervisory experience would be an advantage
- CSCS card
- First Aid certification
