Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Secretary at MAN Commercial Protection. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our employer, ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Arrangements: Assist with booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book and schedule personal and business appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of the employer's time.
- Diary Management: Manage the employer's diary, ensuring all appointments and meetings are up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including responding to emails, managing subscriptions, and handling parcels and couriers.
- Personal Shopping and Organization: Assist with personal shopping and general organizational tasks, ensuring the employer's personal and business needs are met.
- Business Lunches: Assist with booking and managing business lunches, ensuring timely and efficient use of the employer's time.
Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a workload.
- Communication Skills: Good telephone manner and communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is required for this role.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
