  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Operations
    • Assist in the coordination of daily operations, including managing schedules, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
