Agreement Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Agreement Coordinator role at Stonegate Group is a vital part of our Lettings process, ensuring seamless administration of legal agreements and assignment processes for our Publicans and Tenants. As an Agreement Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a first-class administration service to new and existing publicans, ensuring accurate administration of the new tenancy agreement process, and ensuring adherence to company policy and the Pubs Code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to publicans, including maintaining customer details, rent schedules, and agreement information.
- Accurately administer the new tenancy agreement process, ensuring compliance with company policy and the Pubs Code.
- Work closely with solicitors, Regional Managers, and publicans to progress through to completion.
- Update financial systems to maintain accurate customer data and agreement information.
- Assist in converting short-term agreements to substantive tenancies, as per divisional targets.
Requirements:
- Proven administration experience, with a focus on accurate working and attention to detail.
- Experience of maintaining office and administrative systems, with the ability to devise new systems or improve existing ones.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
- Good competency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A calm, well-organized person, with a self-starter mindset.
