About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coordinator to join our team at Hampton Medical Centre. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy reception area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the management of patient complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and other senior coordinators, including reception induction and training.
  • Assist with the organization of clinical and non-clinical staff rotas, including front desk duties.
  • Support the implementation of IT and information governance systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an efficient and effective reception service.
  • Liaise with the Practice Manager and other senior coordinators to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate operational systems, recommending improvements to the Practice Manager or other coordinators as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager as required.

Requirements

  • GCSE English, Maths, and at least three other GCSEs.
  • Customer Service experience within General Practice is essential.
  • Experience leading or managing a team.
  • Experience working with the general public.
