About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tote Assistant. As a key member of our racing operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our betting terminals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our betting products and services.
- Provide accurate and efficient service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records, adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
