Racing Operations Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tote Assistant. As a key member of our racing operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our betting terminals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our betting products and services.
- Provide accurate and efficient service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records, adhering to our security procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the efficient operation of our betting terminals and the provision of excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to our products and services, as well as relevant industry developments and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- You will have a high level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
