About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tote Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our betting terminals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our betting products and services.
- Prepare for customer interactions by setting up cash and betting terminals.
- Effectively operate both static and hand-held terminals for table service.
- Manage cash transactions in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
- Verify customer identities to ensure compliance with age restrictions and Challenge 21 policy.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
