We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a National Sales Manager for FMCG Business. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth within the health sector.

About the Opportunity
  • Lead national account strategy and develop effective sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, including Boots, to identify opportunities for growth
  • Pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and establish strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate management of profit and loss responsibilities, aligning with company goals
  • Negotiate contracts and manage business development initiatives to drive sales growth
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience working at national account level, preferably with Boots
  • Familiarity with Tesco and Sainsbury's markets is advantageous
  • Strong track record of driving growth in FMCG environments
  • Background in beauty, healthcare, wellness, or pharma industries is required
  • Experience working with SME businesses is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, JBPs, and forecasts
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
