A talented Senior National Account Manager (NAM) is sought to lead the expansion of a pioneering plant-based brand into the UK & Ireland grocery market.

This critical role will focus on developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, manage existing accounts, and forge new partnerships with major retailers.

Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L accountability for the grocery channel, including strategy development and execution.
  • Identify and pursue new listing opportunities with top grocers, increasing market share.
  • Manage and grow existing relationships, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG grocery as a NAM, managing accounts and driving growth.
  • Proven track record of securing new retailer listings and delivering results.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced SME environments and ability to adapt.
  • Strong P&L management skills, driving growth and exceeding targets.

Estimated Annual Salary: £58,000 - £68,000.
