We are a B-Corp certified business with a strong reputation in the market. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet and exceed targets.

Job Description
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute plans to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and expand market share.
  • Manage Existing Accounts: Foster strong relationships with key personnel, identify opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Win New Business: Proactively seek out and secure new accounts, building on existing relationships and leveraging industry connections.
  • P&L Management: Oversee profit and loss statements, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Negotiations and Contracts: Develop and manage contracts, negotiate pricing, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring open communication and collaborative working practices.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting back to the business on progress and identifying areas for improvement.
The Successful Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven Experience: A track record of driving national sales growth in an FMCG environment, with experience working at Boots essential.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the beauty, healthcare, wellness, pharma, suncare, or similar industries.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercially minded with the ability to manage P&Ls, JBPs, and forecasts.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent reporting, organisation, communication, and negotiation skills, with knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Location: Must be able to work 3 days a week in West London.
