About the Role:

As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the nation. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in driving market share, building lasting client relationships, and positioning us as the go-to provider for software solutions in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets within the education sector.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  3. Identify new business opportunities, cultivate leads, and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and enhance the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  5. Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the software solutions or technology sector.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a geographically dispersed sales team.

  • $65,000 - $80,000 per annum salary (dependent on experience)
