National Sales Director

REClifts is actively seeking a skilled National Sales Manager to lead the sales division of a well-established lift engineering company in the UK. This key role will strengthen the existing sales team and provide an opportunity for career progression.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is between £60,000 and £70,000, with an additional annual package of approximately £120,000. Benefits include structured progression opportunities, performance-based bonuses, company car allowance, client entertaining expenses, and 33 days' holiday.
Job DescriptionThis is a field-based, hybrid role requiring travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays. Key responsibilities include achieving monthly sales targets, managing an existing sales team in London, and actively participating in internal and external training events. The successful candidate will have a strong network in the lift industry and be willing to expand the company's access to new customers, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements and Qualifications- Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets in the lift industry.
- Follow up quotations, negotiate, and convert orders to high-margin sales.
- Complete monthly sales reports and attend sales meetings.
