Job Description

Award-winning COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned Senior National Account Manager to spearhead business growth in the Education sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing new partnerships with key clients within the Education sector, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with industry decision-makers, conducting market research and competitor analysis, collaborating with internal teams, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

The successful Senior National Account Manager will be pivotal in driving business growth by targeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. They will have a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets, be a strategic thinker, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and highly driven individual to join a reputable business that can match their ambition and offer genuine progression opportunities.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Education sector, including developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record working in sales and winning new business within the education sector.
  • Strong network and relationships in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong people skills with ability to build rapport.
  • Must be happy to travel and work away from home on a regular basis.

Salary: £60-70K+ Benefits. The salary is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required for this role.
