About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forest School Programme Lead to join our team of dedicated professionals.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design and deliver high-quality outdoor learning experiences that promote child-led exploration and discovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality outdoor learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive outdoor education programme that meets the needs of all students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher or equivalent experience in outdoor education or a related field.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver high-quality outdoor learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and caregivers.
