RIBBONS AND REEVES is seeking an experienced Forest School Educator to join our team. As a key member of our early education team, you will lead outdoor learning sessions for children aged 2-7 years, creating a unique and engaging learning environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a nature-based curriculum, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will work closely with class teachers and early years practitioners to provide a well-rounded educational experience that inspires curiosity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging outdoor sessions
  • Designing and implementing a nature-based curriculum
  • Liaising with local authorities to secure outdoor spaces
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to embed forest school experiences

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, as well as benefits including a generous pension scheme, 8 weeks paid holiday, Perkbox membership, free lunches, and a birthday day off.
