Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Forest School Lead Teacher to join our inspiring early education team in Camden.

This role involves leading outdoor learning sessions for children aged 2-7 years in beautiful natural settings where children can explore, develop, and form a lasting connection with the natural world.

The Forest School Lead Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging outdoor learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily outdoor learning sessions in natural settings
  • Designing and implementing curriculum-aligned outdoor activities
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
