Forest School Lead Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and creative Forest School Lead Teacher to join our inspiring early education team in Camden. As a key member of our outdoor learning program, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and managing engaging sessions that inspire curiosity, resilience, and hands-on learning.
£45,000 - £60,000 per yearAbout the RoleThe successful candidate will design a curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage, providing a well-rounded, nature-based educational experience for children aged 2-7 years. Key responsibilities include setting up resources, conducting regular risk assessments, and supporting child-led activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing engaging outdoor lesson plans
- Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment
- Collaborating with class teachers and practitioners to achieve educational goals
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a Level 3 Forest School certification or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting children's development through outdoor learning are essential.
