We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Forest School Lead Teacher to join our team. As a leading early education provider, we aim to inspire young learners through hands-on outdoor learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging outdoor educational programs for children aged 2-7.
- Utilize nearby nature reserves to create immersive learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery.
As a seasoned educator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing curriculum-aligned outdoor activities that foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with our team to ensure a cohesive and high-quality educational experience.
Requirements:- Proven experience in teaching and leading outdoor education programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
