Forest School Program Lead

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Deliver Sessions: Create engaging and interactive outdoor learning experiences that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with teachers and support staff to integrate outdoor learning into the broader curriculum.
- Maintain Resources: Ensure the timely maintenance and organization of outdoor equipment, guaranteeing efficient operations.
- Ensure Safety: Conduct thorough risk assessments to maintain a secure learning environment.
Key Requirements
- Certification: Level 3 Forest School certification (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience delivering Forest School sessions
- Essential Skills: Passion for outdoor education, ability to foster children's personal growth, and strong organizational and communication skills
