SEN Support Specialist

At beBee Professionals in Chelmsford, we are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support our inclusive learning programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with SEN students to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.
Job Overview:This role involves assisting SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher. You will also implement individualized education plans and monitor progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist SEN students in classroom activities, ensuring they receive the support needed to succeed.
- Implement individualized education plans, tailoring your approach to meet each student's unique needs.
- Monitor progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents on student development.
- A strong understanding of special education principles and practices.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs, preferably in an educational setting.
- An Associate's degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred.
