Salary: £40,000pa

H9 HR & Professional Services is seeking a Culture and Inclusion Development Advisor to contribute to the development and implementation of our client's equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategies.

This role will involve developing and delivering culturally focused learning programs, supporting the Positive Action Attraction Team, and designing policies to enhance inclusion efforts across the workforce.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of EDI initiatives and training programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote EDI.
  • Analyse learning outcomes and improve strategies to enhance EDI efforts.
  • Design and implement policies to promote inclusion and diversity.

About You:

  • Experience in leading EDI initiatives and delivering training in large organisations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff at all levels.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess learning outcomes and improve strategies.
