As a Human Resources Administrator with the Mount Charles Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department, ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires and maintaining accurate personnel records. Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including Right to Work checks and offer letters
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Prepare and distribute employee communications and relations templates as needed
Manage HR documents and ensure timely completion of tasks
Monitor onboarding progress and verify Right to Work in UK and Ireland

Necessary Qualifications:
At least one year's Human Resource experience, preferably in a similar administrative role
Ability to quickly learn new software applications and systems, with a focus on Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
