Ulster University is seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to fill the role of University Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will have the opportunity to utilize your administrative skills to provide support to the university's Estates Services department.
About the RoleAs a University Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Estates Services team, including maintaining office systems, processes, and procedures in conjunction with University systems.
You will also be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, validating, and inputting data from various sources into computerized databases, as well as processing payment documentation and recharge costs.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £25,148 - £27,344 per annum.
