The Job

We seek an experienced and skilled individual to join our Organisation Design and Change (OD&C) team as a University Organisation Development Partner. This exciting opportunity requires a unique blend of business acumen, people management expertise, and organisational development skills.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic organisational design and change initiatives that align with the university's goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation, and driving cultural transformation by empowering employees to adopt new ways of working.

Your Qualifications and Skills

">

To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of organisational development principles and practices, gained through extensive experience in change management, HR consultancy, or similar fields.

">

An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, such as business administration, organisational development, or human resources, along with a proven track record of success in similar roles, is essential.

">

Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.

">
