Job Title: Compliance Training & Learning Technologies Partner

At Ulster University, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our People Development team as a Compliance Training & Learning Technologies Partner. This role plays a crucial part in driving innovation and excellence in workplace learning.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to the delivery of a learning culture, leveraging expertise in learning technologies to support forward-thinking learning and development.
  • Lead on the growth and application of new learning technologies to enhance workplace learning.
  • Design, develop, and build eLearning products that meet the needs of our colleagues.
  • Provide specialist advice on learning design and delivery, ensuring consistent best practice in compulsory compliance training management.

Requirements:

  • A degree or relevant professional qualifications, with a commitment to securing Chartered level Membership of CIPD or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in Learning and Development, Leadership Development, or Organisational Development roles in large complex organisations.
