We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team at The Fish, a 4 AA Red Star property. As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, working closely with the F&B Manager to lead our mission of delivering a truly exceptional guest-led experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality service to guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Working closely with the F&B Manager to develop and implement service standards
  • Leading and developing a team of waiters to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Assisting with the management of the restaurant, including inventory management and staff scheduling
