Job Title: Waiter

We're seeking a friendly and enthusiastic junior Waiter (Hospitality Assistant) to join our award-winning team at Dormy House Hotel, one of the Cotswolds' most well-known boutique luxury hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve hot drinks, take food to tables, polish glassware and cutlery, and organize behind-the-scenes areas.
  • Support senior waiters and work as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, hospitality, and customer care.

Requirements:

  • A friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills in food and beverage service.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12, rising to £12.20 after one year.
  • Share of service charge (around £2,000-£2,500 per year if full-time).
