About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team at Farncombe Estate. As a Senior Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and supporting our Food and Beverage Manager in leading our mission to provide a truly exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Lead and develop a team of waiters to achieve high standards of service and quality
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to implement service standards and initiatives
  • Assist with training and development of new staff members
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Senior Waiter or similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and leading a team to achieve high standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of wine, bar, and cocktail service
  • Meticulous attention to detail
