A day in the life of...

As a part-time Nights Guest Service Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and staff during the night. You'll use your expertise to deliver a first-class service to all guests, conducting security checks, audits, and liaising with the accounts team. You'll also recruit, train, and develop the Night team to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Based in the Holiday Inn Express Cambridge branch, you'll be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock.
