Global Account Director - London or Major Airport

This global Packaging & Print giant seeks an exceptional Account Director to lead a team of individuals to achieve the service levels you will agree with an international brand. With a background in the Packaging industry, you will understand the outsourcing model and have a track record of developing relationships with big blue chip brands across international borders ensuring that the client(s) are provided with exceptional service at all times whilst creating an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of individuals to achieve service levels agreed with international brands.
  • Develop relationships with big blue chip brands across international borders.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients at all times.
  • Create an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

You will have proven leadership skills and excellent commercial acumen combined with a strategic ability to anticipate future trends and consequences and to create competitive and breakthrough strategies to maximize the opportunities that these trends generate. You will have the passion, energy, and drive to deliver the best service to the client at all times, and your customer service skills will guarantee that you meet or exceed the customer expectation.
