Care Assistant Position:

About the Job:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Gayton Road, Kings Lynn. As a Support Worker, you will work with service users who have learning disabilities and mental health needs, providing them with personalized care and support to achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and other professionals
- Support service users with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Assist service users with accessing community resources and engaging in recreational activities

Requirements:
- Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
- Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:
