National Sales and Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales and Growth Manager to drive the sales and growth of our premium pre-packed barks and growing media products into Garden Centres nationwide.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for horticulture and a proven track record in sales management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, building and maintaining strong relationships with key buyers, and promoting the brand through various marketing initiatives.
Our successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK Garden Centre market, proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the horticulture or garden products industry, and proficiency in sales reporting and CRM software. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
