Business Development Solicitor

A Business Development Solicitor is required to support our client's growth strategy in the UK market.
This role involves managing client demands on both sides of the border, collaborating with an established team to manage mainstream M&A transactions, restructures, and joint ventures.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and be able to represent small to medium-scale entrepreneurs and clients attracting investment from private equity, venture capital, or other funding sources.
A remuneration package of up to £150,000 per annum is available for this position, including a competitive salary and additional benefits.
