Sales Account Manager | Driving Business Growth

S10 Supplies Ltd is a consumables company that delivers a diverse range of products to the Hotel Industry, including decorating tools, lighting, power tools, plumbing supplies, adhesives, paint, and more.
We also provide access to a vast online catalogue of over 30,000 additional products, partnering with renowned trade brands like Duracell, Bell Lighting, Euroshowers, and many others.
As a Sales Account Manager at S10 Supplies Ltd, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with customers, collaborating across teams, and working independently or in a group to achieve sales success.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage an existing customer base of around 300 while setting your sights on opening new accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Track all sales activities in our BMS system
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Keep up to date with our product range
- Develop a sales calling plan with existing customers
- Communicate customer and prospect issues to the relevant department
- Co-ordinate with team and other departments to maximise sales efforts
You may be required to represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry networking events.

**Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year's sales experience
- Proven success in achieving sales targets
- Proven track record of successfully managing customers
- The ability and desire to sell
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, confident, and determined approach
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
The following criteria are desirable:
- Knowledge of Sage 200
- Telephone-based sales environment experience
- Driving licence
- Good knowledge of MS Office
