Coburg Banks Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the south of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth across multiple product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights on market conditions and customer feedback.
- Track and report on key sales metrics.
About You:
- 3-5 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to engage and build excellent rapport with customers.
- Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
