Global Sales Growth Manager

As a key member of Kaizen Global’s sales team, we are seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to drive business growth and expansion in the Corrugated Packaging sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the packaging industry and be able to leverage their skills to pursue new business opportunities and exceed sales targets.
The role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales and margin targets
- Winning and retaining profitable new business
- Ensuring regular customer contact to achieve outstanding customer service
- Working collaboratively with internal departments and suppliers to maximise sales, margins, and product knowledge
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company car and performance-based bonus.
