About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in Maldon. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential new markets
  • Schedule customer visits to promote our services and build strong relationships
  • Promote our company through various channels to generate interest in our offerings
  • Produce quotations and reports to support sales efforts
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development or account management
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual
  • Experience within a manufacturing industry (or similar) is essential
  • Strong negotiation skills
