Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager / Block Manager to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager / Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are carried out to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including service charges, insurance, major works, resident correspondence, site inspections, and AGMs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, including service charge accounts and major works projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the block management team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • IRPM qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Highly literate and able to communicate effectively with clients, residents, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

What We Offer:
