Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our successful team. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage and develop a portfolio of properties, utilizing your expertise to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Conduct viewings, provide expert advice, and negotiate offers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Process Management: Ensure a smooth sales process from offer through to completion, maintaining open communication with all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
  • Ongoing Earnings: £35,000 - £40,000 OTE
