Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Crux Careers. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree sales
  • Progress sales through to exchange and completion
  • Cross-sell our range of products and services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1/2 years' agency experience
  • Live in North/North West London/South Hertfordshire or have easy access to Harrow/Stanmore
  • Target-oriented and hungry to maximize earnings
  • Resilient, positive, and friendly
  • Full UK driving license holder and own car essential
