Job Summary:

Collins Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Portfolio Management: Manage and develop a portfolio of properties in a designated area, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth sales process from offer through to completion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency industry.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Qualifications: Full UK driving license.

What We Offer:
