Role Overview
We are looking for a committed Senior Sales Negotiator to thrive in a vibrant setting. Your responsibilities will include preparing for appointments, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and terms, and managing necessary documentation. You will frequently communicate with both vendors and buyers, offering updates and insights while staying informed about market developments. Strong communication skills, proactivity, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales objectives.
  • Handle inquiries efficiently, converting them into viewings or appraisals.
  • Follow up on viewings to gather feedback and facilitate decisions.
  • Provide timely updates to vendors.
  • Generate viewings through proactive outreach.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors and buyers.
  • Support administrative tasks and compliance checks.
  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering verifications.
Required Skills and Attributes
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Sales.
  • Possession of a Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Strong teamwork skills, effective in dynamic environments.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 9am - 6:30pm
  • Early Finish on Fridays
  • Saturday work required (1 per month)
  • Lieu day provided during weeks with Saturday work.
