About the Role

Rendall & Rittner is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to join our team. As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing large and complex residential schemes, leading a team, and ensuring statutory compliance and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex residential schemes, taking a hands-on role with the ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Conduct site inspections, ensuring statutory compliance and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Manage high-level contractor relationships, ensuring quality and performance against targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, residents, and external contractors.
  • Manage onsite works, including fire safety and cladding remediation projects.
  • Lead and manage staff, including recruitment planning, training, and onboarding.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Estate Manager in a residential property management background.
  • Strong M&E knowledge, with experience managing sites with energy centers/plant rooms.
  • High-level contractor management experience, with the ability to manage large contractors.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of leasehold legislation and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
