We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to join our team at Rendall & Rittner, a leading Residential Leasehold Property Management company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large and complex residential schemes, taking a hands-on approach to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Conduct site inspections, ensuring statutory compliance and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Manage onsite works such as fire safety and cladding remediation works.
  • Lead contractor management, ensuring quality and performance against targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, clients, and external contractors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential property management, with a strong background in leasehold legislation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong M&E knowledge, with experience in managing sites with energy centres and plant rooms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
