About the Role

Rendall & Rittner is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing large and complex residential schemes, leading a team, and ensuring statutory compliance and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex residential schemes, taking a hands-on role with the ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Conduct site inspections, ensuring statutory compliance and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Manage high-level contractor relationships, ensuring quality and performance against targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, clients, and external contractors.
  • Manage onsite works, including fire safety and cladding remediation works.
  • Manage staff and relevant employment-related issues, including staffing structures, recruitment planning, training, and onboarding.
Requirements
  • Experience as an Estate Manager or similar role in residential property management.
  • Strong M&E knowledge and experience managing sites with energy centers/plant rooms.
  • High-level contractor management experience, ensuring quality and performance against targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of leasehold legislation and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
