Exciting Opportunity in Property Management

Rendall & Rittner, a renowned Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large and complex residential schemes, taking a hands-on approach to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure statutory compliance and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Manage onsite works such as fire safety and cladding remediation.
  • Lead contractor management, ensuring quality and performance against targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, clients, and external contractors.
  • Support staff and manage employment-related issues, including staffing structures, recruitment planning, and training.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential property management, with a strong background in leasehold legislation.
  • Strong M&E knowledge and experience in managing sites with energy centers/plant rooms.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
