About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Lifestyle Manager to join our team at Insignia Group of Companies in London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing our Concierge services and travel department, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective managerial relationships with staff, fostering high motivation and quality work standards.
  • Serve as an ambassador and evangelist for our Lifestyle Boutique within and outside the organization.
  • Build and structure a global team of professional Concierges.
  • Be available 24/7 and handle escalations and difficult situations promptly.
  • Develop and implement induction training programs for new staff, working closely with the Head of Front Office and Quality Department.
  • Monitor and review department performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Address administrative matters related to staff management and development, collaborating with the Head of Personal Assistant & Board.
  • Provide written reports to the Board and Head of Lifestyle Boutique on department performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate staff on procedures and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Create guidelines for measuring and maintaining selling skills, conversions, and upselling.
  • Promote daily patrols of the development and instigate corrective measures or procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
  • Fluent English (oral and written) and at least two additional European languages, including Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, and French; Mandarin knowledge is beneficial.
  • At least eight years' experience as a Concierge/Front Desk Supervisor in luxury resorts and/or luxury brands, comfortable in an office environment.
  • Detailed-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to listen, clarify, and respond to member concerns.
  • Proficient in building partner databases globally, negotiating commissions, and creating pricing policies.
  • Problem-solving and stress tolerance skills.
  • Strong organizational and managerial abilities, with experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Publisher.

Estimated Salary Range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum
