About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience working in residential childcare environments, preferably with a Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People or equivalent. A full UK manual driver's license is essential, as you will be required to use a company vehicle during working hours.

You will work a 2 on 4 off shift pattern, which provides an excellent work-life balance and allows for meaningful time off to recharge and pursue personal interests. Our team values flexibility, and we accommodate full-time flexible shift patterns set out three months in advance.
